The cost to play is $25 per person. As of May 1st 2020 the cost is $28 per person.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your game time.
Adults of any age are welcome. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If you have a party with two or more children under the age of 13, it's recommended that you book an entire room. Anyone under the age of 18 must print out and bring a liability waiver signed by the parent or legal guardian. Infants and toddlers will not be allowed in the room. You can download a copy of the waiver here.
If you do not book an entire room, other players may join your group. If you prefer to play only with your party, you must book at least half the available slots for a room and select the private event option when booking the room.
The games are not strenuous. There is a small amount of bending and stretching required, and you may have to lift light objects.
Cell phones and other electronic devices cannot be used. Everything you need to solve the puzzles is contained within the room.
Because we have several bookings throughout the day, we cannot delay the start time. If you arrive late, you will not be permitted to join the room, and no refund will be granted.
You can request three hints throughout the course of the game. Additionally, hints may be offered to you by the game monitor to assist in solving puzzles.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to work with you to coordinate your event.
You may exit the room at any time to use the restroom; however, the clock will continue to count down so the rest of your team should continue to play the game.
Because we do not want to diminish the experience for other guests, we ask that you do not reveal any details about the rooms, puzzles, or codes on your social media accounts.
Again, because we don't want to spoil the experience for future guests, we do not allow photos to be taken in the rooms.
Each of our rooms has a maximum number of people and we design them to work for that number. For example, our Southport School for Wizards room is designed for 8 people so we design the puzzles to make it a challenge for 8 people to complete in one hour. So while it is possible for 2 people to escape the room it is very difficult and we would recommend bringing at least 4 people. Hey, the more the merrier!
